Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Robust knowledge of automobile industry, vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service department operations.
- Handle customer complaints, service enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repair quality, and timely delivery.
- Prepare service estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and monitor departmental performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers, technicians, and management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
