Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Achieve monthly business, collection and customer
-service targets.
- Lead and supervise marketing, collection and office staff.
- Develop new customers and business relationships
- Monitor pending collections and ensure timely follow-up.
- Supervise KYC, documentation, accounts and MIS.
- Coordinate chit auctions and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly branch reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
