About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Professional Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, quality, and compliance with building regulations.

The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, design capabilities, and project coordination skills to successfully deliver residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, drawings, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution to ensure design compliance.
- Review project requirements, specifications, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
- Resolve design-related and site execution issues.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Computer proficiency and ability to prepare technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or warehouse projects.
- Knowledge of interior planning and space optimization.
- Understanding of building bylaws, approvals, and construction processes.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
