Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support the complete merchandising process from sourcing and sampling to production planning and shipment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, fluent English, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with buyers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Buyer Communication:Communicate with buyers regarding order requirements, updates, follow-ups, and other merchandising-related activities.
- Sourcing:Support sourcing activities and coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.
- Sampling Coordination:Coordinate the sampling process, follow up on sample development, and ensure timely completion as per requirements.
- Production Planning:Assist in production planning and maintain the T&A; (Time & Action) Calendar to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Shipment & Logistics:Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of orders.




- Consumption Calculation:Prepare and maintain consumption calculations and support related merchandising activities.
- Negotiation:Assist in price and order negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Follow-up & Coordination:Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production, quality, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Documentation & Records:Maintain relevant merchandising records, order details, and other required documentation accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Textile, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to merchandising processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
