Job Summary

We are looking for a Domestic Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, installation, service, and maintenance of domestic RO water purifiers. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and promote domestic RO water purifiers.
- Visit customers and understand their water purification requirements.
- Recommend suitable RO products and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain domestic RO systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other components.
- Promote AMC, service contracts, spare parts, and filter replacement services.
- Maintain customer records, service reports,



and sales follow-up details.
- Coordinate with customers for timely installation and service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper service and follow-up.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in RO water purifier sales and service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of domestic RO systems, pumps, membranes, filters, and electrical components.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: 22,000 – 25,000
- Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month
