Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) SME to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Hardware Asset Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will act as the functional and technical expert for HAM Pro, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management, compliance, data accuracy, process automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

HAM Pro Solution Ownership • Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities. • Configure and optimize Asset Workspace, Asset Audit, Asset Stockroom, and Data Normalization modules. • Design hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, assignment, transfer, refresh, reclaim, repair, disposal, and retirement. • Drive asset governance, compliance, and audit readiness. assignment, transfer, refresh, reclaim, repair, disposal, and retirement.\\r\\n• Drive asset governance, compliance, and audit readiness. \\r\\nProcess & Asset Management\\r\\n• Define and maintain hardware asset management policies and procedures.\\r\\n• Ensure accuracy of asset data across CMDB, AMDB, and discovery sources.\\r\\n• Manage asset reconciliation, stockroom operations, asset audits, legal hold, and exception processes.\\r\\n• Support Asset Refresh and End-of-Life (EOL) programs. \\r\\nServiceNow Administration & Configuration\\r\\n• Configure HAM Pro workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and automation.\\r\\n• Design asset classes, models, normalization rules, and lifecycle states.\\r\\n• Support upgrades, testing, and release management activities.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot HAM Pro issues and provide Level 3 support\\r\\nIntegrations\\r\\n• Work with integration teams to enable and maintain integrations with: \\r\\no Intune\\r\\no SCCM/MECM\\r\\no Active Directory\\r\\no Workday\\r\\no SailPoint\\r\\no JAMF\\r\\no Procurement systems\\r\\n• Ensure seamless synchronization of asset data across platforms. \\r\\nReporting & Governance\\r\\n• Create executive dashboards and operational reports for asset compliance, utilization, lifecycle, stock levels, and audit metrics.\\r\\n• Track KPIs, data quality metrics, asset accuracy,
