BugsBurner is hiring two Email & Chat Support Executives for our Vadodara office.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries through email and live chat in a professional and timely manner

- Understand customer issues, provide clear solutions, and follow up until resolution

- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support requests

- Coordinate with the technical team when an issue requires escalation

- Handle basic website content or formatting tasks using HTML and CSS

- Work during the night shift aligned with US business hours

Requirements:

- Valuable written and spoken English and Hindi

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

- Comfortable working with email, chat tools, and web-based systems

- Good typing, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work from the Vadodara office during the night shift

- Freshers with suitable communication and computer skills may apply

Job details:
