Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Introduce the company, products, and services clearly.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
- Handle questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and customer feedback.

Requirements





- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or lead generation is an advantage.

- Neutral/clear English accent.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Lead-generation experience.
- CRM/data-entry experience.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
