We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract:

- Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Rate analysis and cost benchmarking
- Review of drawings and specifications
- Tendering and quotation evaluation

Post-Contract:

- Checking and certification of contractor bills
- Quantity reconciliation and measurement verification
- Variation and extra item assessment
- Cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Preparation of cost reports and final accounts
- Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off and billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Positive understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in building/interior/MEP projects will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,606.68 - ₹51,957.30 per month
