Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Assistant to manage social media activities, respond to customer enquiries, and support the company’s online presence and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor social media platforms.
- Respond to customer messages and enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Attend customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and online orders.
- Create, schedule, and post social media content.
- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams for customer requirements.
- Monitor customer comments, messages, and feedback.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.




- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform features.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Valuable customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Creative approach towards social media content.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Previous experience in customer support, social media, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
