Job Summary

Mahavir Imitation Jewelry is looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, cash,



and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors when required.

Requirements

- Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
