Sitting Place - Agromach Shop

Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with Shop Managers, Purchase Managers, and Store In-Charge.

KPI / Performance Measures

- Visit/attend the assigned shop as required and maintain regular communication with the Shop Manager.
- Understand the shop's product requirements and take regular orders.
- Follow up on pending and repeat orders.
- Promote company products and ensure maximum sales and product movement.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with shop managers and key customers.
- Check product availability and identify quick-moving and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with the company/warehouse team for timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up with the shop regarding deliveries, shortages, returns,



and replacements.
- Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information.
- Identify opportunities to increase the quantity and frequency of orders.
- Maintain proper records of shop-wise orders and sales.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and order reports to management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
