8 - 12 years of experience in stores / warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and ERP-based store management.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

Receiving, inspecting and recording materials against purchase orders and delivery of documents.

Ensuring proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.

Issuing raw materials, consumables and spare parts to production against approved requisitions.

Maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP systems and physical registers.

Conducting stock verification and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with Purchase for replenishment.

Preparing GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Transfer Notes, and other required documentation.

Following FIFO / FEFO practices and monitoring applicable shelf-life requirements.





Coordinating with Quality Control for incoming material inspection and acceptance.

Managing finished-goods dispatch as per requirements.

Maintaining 5S, housekeeping and protected storage standards.

Supervising store and warehouse staff.

Preparing regular stock, consumption and inventory reports.

Ensuring compliance with company, ISO, safety and statutory requirements.

Performing other duties assigned by management or supervisor as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Strong inventory and stock-control skills.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP or similar.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Office.

Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage store operations independently and lead a team.
