About the Role

We are looking for a creative Senior Content Creator & AI Media Producer with strong experience in social media content, short-form video editing, and AI-powered image/video production.

You will create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X (Twitter), with a focus on founder-led and product-focused videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 8–12 social media content pieces per week.
- Produce 1–2 founder-led videos/week.
- Develop 3–5 reusable content templates and workflows.
- Edit short-form videos with strong storytelling, pacing, hooks, captions, and visual effects.
- Create AI-powered images/videos and integrate them into social content.
- Repurpose content for different social media platforms.




- Collaborate with founders and marketing teams on creative concepts.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in content creation/video production.
- Proven track record of 100+ social videos shipped.
- Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Synthesia, and Descript.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing, pacing, and social media trends.
- Experience creating founder-led, product, or personal-brand videos.
- Ability to build scalable content templates and workflows.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating short-form social content.
