Description and Requirements

Cost Management & Key Parts Analysis

- Key Parts Trend BMS – Review key parts price inputs and prepare detailed reasons for CoC and QoQ changes. Ensure all pending updates are accurately reflected in the system.
- Key Parts Trend Approval & Publish – Publish approved pricing updates and validate correct price publication in DICE/CH systems.
- MVA Quote Updates Consolidation (India ) – Review quotations uploaded by GSC Finance, prepare CoC analysis, and provide variance explanations.

Inventory Impact & Risk Management

- Memory & Chipset Inventory Impact and R&O; Management – Compute progressive inventory impact and R&O; projections for the current quarter plus next three quarters.



Upload and maintain data in the costing system. Analyze and track inventory impacts for key chipset programs influencing TMC.

Localization & Product Cost Management

- Localization Assumptions for NPIs and Legacy Products (Brazil) – Review localization assumptions from the Brazil team and validate alignment with DM allocation in product cost.
- Localization Assumptions for NPIs and Legacy Products (India) – Review localization assumptions from the India GCM team, validate DM allocation alignment, and drive new component localization opportunities for NPI programs.

Commercial & Cost Governance

- Software Contract Approvals – Review software contracts submitted for approval and validate whether related costs are already incorporated in product cost assumptions.
- Rebate Updates & Publication (NPI and Legacy) – Prepare rebate CoC analysis with supporting rationale, evaluate impact on net component pricing, and publish updates in the system.
- Geo Deck Support – Prepare Gen-to-Gen analysis and support GEO reviews by providing CoC analysis for DM, MVA, Rebates, Local Build, and DM Adjustments.

Advanced Data Analytics, Excel & AI Automation

- Demonstrate advanced Excel expertise, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros, advanced formulas, dashboard development, and large-scale data modeling.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to identify key business drivers, cost variances, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to streamline finance processes, eliminate manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop automated reporting solutions, forecasting models, and analytical dashboards to support leadership decision-making.




- Apply data analytics and AI-driven methodologies to improve costing processes, inventory management, and financial governance.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable analytical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex datasets into clear business recommendations and executive-level insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong finance, costing, and supply chain analytics background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial analyses to senior leadership and business partners.
