JOB DESCRIPTION – QMS ENGINEER

Department: Quality

Designation: QMS Engineer / Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: _---- Faridabad, Haryana

Reporting To: Quality Manager

Job Purpose

To maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update QMS documents and procedures.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality requirements.

Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

Prepare and maintain quality records and reports.

Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up for closure.

Coordinate with different departments for quality improvements.

Conduct awareness/training related to QMS procedures.





Track customer complaints and support root cause analysis.

Prepare Management Review and quality-related reports.

Support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.

Knowledge of internal audit procedures.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and NCR.

Good communication and coordination skills.

MS Office knowledge.

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate in Engineering or relevant field.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Quality/QMS, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,422,763.13 per month
