- Assess clients’ eligibility for work visas and permanent residency based on their profile, occupation, education, work experience, language ability, and other applicable criteria.
- Explain different visa/immigration pathways and application requirements to clients.
- Collect, verify, and organize supporting documents such as passports, educational certificates, employment letters, financial documents, police clearances, and other required evidence.
- Complete and review visa, work permit, and PR application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare document checklists and guide clients through the application process.
- Calculate or review eligibility points where the immigration program uses a points-based system.
- Assist clients with job-offer/employer-related documentation when required for a work visa.
- Prepare and submit applications through the relevant immigration portals or authorities.
- Monitor application status and communicate updates, requests,



and deadlines to clients.
- Respond to requests for additional documents or information from immigration authorities.
- Prepare clients for visa or immigration interviews where applicable.
- Maintain accurate client files, records, and case notes.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws, visa categories, eligibility criteria, and government procedures.
- Coordinate with employers, clients, translators, document agencies, and other relevant parties.
- Handle visa refusals or additional-document requests by reviewing the case and explaining available next steps, within the applicable rules.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable qualified and data-protection requirements.

Pay: ₹11,583.02 - ₹30,604.40 per month
