**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost calculations.

* Analyze project drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.

* Prepare and evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations.

* Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.

* Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and construction activities.

* Verify work measurements, bills, RA bills, and contractor invoices.

* Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and site teams.

* Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, and contracts.

* Assist in tendering, vendor negotiations, and cost comparison.

* Ensure projects are executed within the approved budget and specifications.





* Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates to management.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction field as quantity surveyor

* Robust knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, and quantity take-offs.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and specifications.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
