Job Description -

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities-

- Manage clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, and patient flow

- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue growth

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic

- Collaborate with dermatologists and staff to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment

- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment

Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree preferred.





- 3+ years of experience in a management role in Skin or Aesthetic clinic.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic knowledge of dermatology and skincare services.
