- Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental legislation. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local regulatory requirements.
- Production Planning Control: Design and execute production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets on time and within budget.
- Process and Quality Control: Monitor chemical reactions, wet processing, and output specifications. Maintain quality assurance standards and minimize material wastage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine, preventive, and breakdown repairs to keep plant machinery safe and operational.
- Resource and Team Management: Supervise and train shop-floor staff. Optimize the utilization of raw materials, equipment, and shift labour.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with procurement, quality control, dispatch, and warehouse teams to prevent supply chain bottlenecks

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
