About Us
INAAJ STUDIO is a growing architecture practice specializing in [residential/commercial/mixed-use — adjust as needed] projects. We're looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to design, documentation, and project coordination across a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of design concepts, schematic drawings, and construction documents
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SketchUp, etc.)
- Support senior architects in site analysis, code research, and permit documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases
- Assist with material and finish selections, specifications, and presentation boards
- Conduct site visits and progress documentation as needed
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Stay current with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch/D.Arch) from an accredited program
- 0–3 years of professional experience (internships/co-ops count)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, or similar) a plus
- Solid understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Pursuing or interested in pursuing architectural licensure (AXP hours a plus)
