Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations across our clinic branches. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination and supporting branch-level HR requirements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and coordinating with doctors, clinic management, branch managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules with Branch Managers, Doctors and Management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and joining status.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with respective branch teams.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies, attendance, leave and workplace guidelines.
- Coordinate branch-level onboarding and ensure employees are introduced to the relevant reporting managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, biometric records and employee punch-related issues.
- Track leave applications, late coming,
absenteeism and Loss of Pay (LOP).
- Coordinate with Branch Managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain monthly attendance records for payroll processing.
- Ensure employees follow the organization's attendance and leave policies.
4. Payroll & Statutory Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Accounts/Management.
- Verify attendance, leave, incentives, overtime and other payroll-related inputs.
- Support PF, ESI, Mediclaim and other employee benefit-related processes.
- Maintain required employee and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payroll-related clarifications.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
- Conduct employee one-on-one discussions and gather feedback.
- Support resolution of workplace concerns in coordination with Management.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee concerns and actions taken.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Support managers in collecting performance-related inputs.
- Track probation confirmation, performance reviews and salary revision processes.
- Maintain appraisal and performance documentation.
7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee master data and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers and management updates.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed across branches.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
8. Employee Exit & Retention
- Manage resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and document employee feedback.
- Coordinate clearance and Full & Final settlement inputs with the concerned departments.
- Track employee attrition and identify recurring reasons for employee exits.
- Support retention initiatives at branch level.
9. Healthcare / Clinic HR Coordination
- Understand the staffing requirements of a healthcare clinic environment.
- Coordinate manpower for Front Office, Case Managers, Pharmacy, Nursing/Aesthetic Therapists, Doctors and other clinic support functions.
- Ensure appropriate employee documentation and onboarding before deployment.
- Coordinate with branch teams to address staffing and operational HR requirements.
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality appropriate to a patient-care environment.

Qualifications
Education: MBA / PGDM / BBA / BBM / Any relevant HR qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, wellness, retail healthcare or service organizations.

Reports to: HR Manager / Management
Location: Chennai – Armoraa Clinic Branches
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
