Position Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing enterprise IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions that meet business, technical and integration requirements. The role provides technical leadership across architecture, integrations, security, cloud deployment and solution governance.

- 14+ years Maximo experience.
- Multiple enterprise MAS implementations.
- Strong OpenShift knowledge.
- Cloud deployment experience.

- Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) implementations in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Maximo Mobile deployment and configuration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs and middleware platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and confidently facilitate client workshops.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging business users, technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary consulting teams while also operating independently when required.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required and participate in hybrid delivery models.
