Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable UGC NET Commerce Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for UGC NET and JRF examinations. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, covering the prescribed syllabus, solving previous-year questions, conducting assessments, and supporting students throughout their preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach UGC NET Commerce Paper II as per the latest syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and exam-oriented approaches.
- Cover important topics, previous-year questions (PYQs), MCQs, and practice questions.
- Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, notes, assignments, and test materials.
- Conduct topic-wise tests, mock tests, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Analyse student performance and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Keep teaching materials updated according to the latest UGC NET syllabus and examination pattern.
- Mentor students regarding preparation strategies, revision, and time management.
- Conduct online or offline classes as required.




- Contribute to the development of quality academic content and study materials.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Commerce / M.Com or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of UGC NET Commerce syllabus and concepts.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex Commerce concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- UGC NET/JRF qualification in Commerce.
- Prior experience teaching UGC NET/JRF or competitive-examination students.
- Experience in preparing study materials, MCQs, mock tests, and PYQ-based content.
- Previous teaching experience at college, university, or coaching-institute level.
