About the Company

Amar Infogrid Innovations Pvt. Ltd. provides operational support to an asset-based logistics company managing transportation, warehousing, storage, and freight operations across Canada & the USA.

We are looking for motivated MBA Interns interested in building a career in International Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Accounts, and Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with shipment tracking, dispatch, scheduling, and vehicle/driver coordination.
- Monitor GPS, ELD, shipments, and provide ETA updates.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts teams.
- Handle customer communication and operational queries.
- Perform live data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with documentation, invoicing, AR/AP, reconciliation, and reporting as required.
- Prepare Excel reports and identify/escalate operational issues.
- Follow SOPs and support daily backend operations.

Eligibility

- MBA students specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Good English communication and computer skills.
- Basic/good knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook.




- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts and 5/6 days a week.

Stipend & Advantages

Career Opportunity

Post completion of 1-year internship - full-time employment will be offered based on performance and professionalism with an expected salary between: ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month
