Job Summary

2050 Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in hospital operations to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital HR practices, compliance, talent management, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR lifecycle for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical, and administrative employees
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for hospital operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, statutory requirements, NABH standards, and hospital policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks specific to hospital settings
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions,



and conflict resolution
- Manage performance management systems, appraisals, and career development initiatives
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, shifts, and workforce scheduling in collaboration with hospital administration
- Drive training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Monitor attrition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Act as a strategic HR partner to hospital leadership and department heads

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization (mandatory)
- Robust knowledge of hospital HR processes, healthcare compliance, and labor laws
- Experience working with clinical and non-clinical staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
