Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage Facebook Ads strategies to meet client goals.

- Set up, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.

- Write and test ad copy for conversions, ensuring consistency with landing pages.

- Conduct audience and creative tests to drive better performance.

- Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing optimization.

- Collaborate with the web development, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.

- Provide actionable insights and generate detailed reports for clients.

- Stay up to date with Facebook’s Advertising Policies,



tools, and latest trends.

- Regularly engage with clients to discuss performance and future strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads (agency experience preferred).

- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads dashboard and optimization techniques.

- Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Requirements
