Barista Trainer

Location: Delhi-NCR

Salary: 25-35K, depending on Skill. Conveyance Additional.

BiziBean Coffee is looking for an experienced Barista Trainer to train recent hires and maintain the quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Train new and existing Baristas on

- Coffee Preparation
- Machine Handling and Grinder Calliberation
- Latte Art
- BiziBean SOPs
- Customer Service.
- Hygiene / Grooming

2) Conduct Refresher Trainings

3) Assess Baristas on Skills, maintaining end-to-end records of Training and Evaluation

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as Barista
- Superior Coffee Knowledge
- Understanding of Espresso-based Beverages, Grinders, and Commercial Coffee Machines
- Ability to make multiple Latte Art Designs
- Communication and Practical Training Skills
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi-NCR
