We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Expert who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns with a solid focus on qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop effective audiences, targeting, keywords, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and market trends.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.




- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale campaigns when performance allows.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong analytical skills, excellent understanding of performance marketing, and a track record of generating quality leads and measurable business results.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
