Position: Quality Executive
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Food Processing
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Jamnagar

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Maintain QC/QA records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Perform sampling, inspection, and quality testing as required.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Assist in handling and analyzing customer complaints related to product quality.
- Support internal quality audits and compliance activities.
- Monitor production hygiene and ensure adherence to quality procedures.





Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech Food, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other departments.
