- Install, maintain, service, and repair split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and AC servicing.
- Check refrigerant/gas pressure and carry out gas charging when required.
- Diagnose and repair cooling, electrical, compressor, leakage, and drainage problems.
- Clean filters, coils, condensers, blowers, and drain lines.
- Inspect AC electrical connections, wiring, capacitors, thermostats, and control panels.
- Attend AC complaints at office, project sites, flats, and common areas.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and service vendors.
- Maintain records of servicing, repairs, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Follow all electrical and site safety procedures while carrying out work.
- Report major faults and replacement requirements to the concerned supervisor/engineer.
- Support testing and commissioning of newly installed AC systems.
- Perform other HVAC-related maintenance work as assigned

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
