FormsADDA is a Ranchi-based EdTech company working in the education and digital-learning ecosystem. We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor & Content Creator who can combine video editing skills with AI tools to create engaging, informative and performance-driven content.

? What You Will Do

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and educational videos.
- Generate video concepts, hooks and scripts using AI tools.
- Convert ideas, topics and marketing briefs into complete video content.
- Use AI tools to generate videos, images, B-rolls, voiceovers, avatars and visual assets.
- Edit videos with engaging transitions, captions, motion graphics, music, sound effects and animations.
- Create short-form videos designed for social media engagement and retention.
- Develop content around education, exams, admissions, entrance exams, colleges and student-focused topics.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple video formats.
- Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation.
- Research trending video formats, hooks, sounds and content styles.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Work with the marketing and content team to convert campaigns into creative video assets.
- Take ownership of the complete process from idea → script → AI generation → editing → final video.

? AI Skills We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:

- ChatGPT / Gemini or similar AI tools for content & script writing
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Google Veo
- HeyGen
- CapCut AI




- ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
- AI image-generation tools
- Other emerging AI video-generation and editing platforms

You don't need to know every tool. We are looking for someone who understands AI-assisted content creation and can quickly learn new tools.

? Video Editing Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects or equivalent
- Short-form video editing
- Motion graphics
- Captions and kinetic typography
- Audio and voiceover synchronization
- Basic colour correction
- Transitions and visual effects
- Social-media video formatting
- Strong understanding of video pacing and storytelling

✍️ Content & Script Skills

The candidate should be able to:

- Generate video ideas independently.
- Write attention-grabbing hooks.
- Create short-form video scripts.
- Convert educational information into easy-to-understand content.
- Develop different versions of a script for testing.
- Use AI effectively for research, ideation and content creation.
- Understand Hook → Value → CTA structure.

? Who Can Apply?
- 1–3+ years of experience in video editing/content creation preferred.
- Candidates with strong AI video-generation skills are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong AI skills may also be considered.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts and digital content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to experiment with recent AI tools and workflows.
