2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Movement Planning & Dispatch Operations Execution

● Plan, schedule, and execute pickups, dispatches, deliveries, and inter-location transfers of gold ornaments.

● Ensure proper packing, weight verification, SKU/item detail checks, and accompanying documentation prior to dispatch.

● Oversee dual-verification (maker-checker) controls and approved tamper-evident sealing and locker handling procedures.

● Directly manage courier support processes including pre-dispatch verification, packing, and dispatch log updates.

B. Tracking, Documentation & Daily Reconciliation

● Maintain real-time dispatch logs, transit records, Proof-of-Delivery (POD) acknowledgements, and daily movement reconciliation.

● Manage safe/vault handover registers, challan/invoice tracking, purity check verification reports, and reverse-logistics documentation.

● Perform end-of-day reconciliation of all items in transit versus items delivered/returned.

● Cross-check stock data with inventory and sales support teams to guarantee physical-to-digital inventory alignment.

C. Sold-Out Management & Digital System Coordination

● Oversee real-time updating of sold-out gold ornament products across CRM, G-Sheet, Excel master logs, and E-commerce platforms.

● Ensure no outdated, reserved, or sold products remain active on sales channels or visual sharing updates.

● Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and Purchase teams to manage product request forms and stock replenishment cycles.

D. Vendor,



Courier & Partner Coordination

● Coordinate exclusively with authorised, vetted delivery partners, banks/NBFC partners, and courier agencies.

● Monitor and follow up on product request forms, dispatch statuses, and loan/DSA transport handovers.

● Track shipments through to successful delivery; identify, escalate, and resolve transit delays promptly.

● Evaluate delivery vendor performance periodically and maintain a formal vendor scorecard.

E. Security, Insurance & Risk Management

● Confirm insurance coverage, purity verification reports, and strict documentation requirements prior to any stock movement.

● Maintain total confidentiality regarding transit routes, schedules, vehicle details, and shipment values.

● Manage delivery failures, loss, theft, damage, or transit delay incidents using approved escalation protocols; file formal incident reports immediately.

F. Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement

● Prepare daily/weekly logistics MIS, transit exception reports, courier performance metrics, and periodic risk reviews.

● Recommend process improvements and automation to reduce cost per delivery, optimize cycle time, and enhance physical security.
