Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth in Kasaragod and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, field visits, referrals, networking, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and promote company products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Kasaragod market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
