Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor – Civil to oversee and supervise finishing activities at our high-rise building construction project in Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, proper manpower utilization, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day finishing activities at the construction site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Execute and monitor finishing works including plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, doors & windows, waterproofing, and other associated civil finishing works.
- Supervise Mivan/aluminium shuttering-related finishing and repair works, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
- Ensure proper workmanship and quality standards are maintained throughout the finishing process.
- Check surface preparation, levels, line, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality before and after execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of labour and resources.
- Plan daily work activities and follow up with contractors/subcontractors to achieve project targets.
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for uninterrupted work progress.
- Identify and rectify finishing defects, snags, and workmanship issues within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports and provide updates to the Site Engineer/Project Management team.
- Ensure proper coordination between finishing, civil,



electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and highlight delays or execution-related issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and material handling at the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in finishing works in building construction.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil finishing activities and construction practices.
- Experience in plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, putty, false ceiling, doors/windows, waterproofing, and snag rectification.
- Knowledge of Mivan/Aluminium shuttering and associated finishing works will be an added advantage.
- Positive manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety requirements at construction sites.
- Ability to manage multiple finishing activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction finishing works are preferred.
- Candidates currently working on residential/commercial high-rise projects will be considered.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Candidates willing to work at Bahadurgarh, Haryana are encouraged to apply.
