For outbound lead-gen: 100-150 dials, 25-40 connected conversations. Incentives on closing customers
Roles and responsibilities
Make outbound calls from assigned lists; meet daily dial and talk-time targets
Pitch per the script, answer basic objections, and log every outcome in the CRM/dialer
Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the field/sales team
Handle inbound queries politely and route correctly
Follow up as scheduled; never let a promised callback lapse
Adhere to calling norms: hours, DND, language, and consent rules
Share daily call summaries and flag list-quality issues to the supervisor
- Skills required
Explicit speech in the target language(s); Hindi + one regional language common
Basic computer/CRM usage
Rejection resilience and consistency
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
