ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Join EdLernity's team and gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, hiring coordination, sales, marketing, and student/client outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR & Recruitment:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, college networks, and other platforms.
- Connect with candidates and explain internship opportunities.
- Screen and shortlist applicants.
- Maintain hiring records and candidate data.
- Coordinate with the Hiring Team Lead.

Sales & Marketing:

- Reach out to prospective students and clients.
- Promote EdLernity's programs.
- Communicate with interested candidates and customers.




- Achieve assigned outreach and engagement targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Freshers or recent graduates can apply.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Forms.
- Willingness to learn and work towards daily targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
