- Monitor project budgets and control maintenance costs.
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on line reliability, downtime metrics, and project status for management.
- Review worker timesheets, manage workloads, and allocate staff according to priorities.
- Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to mechanics, technicians, and operators.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and suggest system upgrades or process modifications to boost efficiency.
