Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant and Team Leader to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about helping clients find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and warranties
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
