Telesales Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader who can effectively manage, motivate, and guide a telesales team to achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of telesales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the telesales team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and overall team targets.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up of leads through the CRM system.
- Guide team members in customer handling, objection handling, and sales closing.
- Regularly review team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Maintain daily sales and performance reports.
- Take ownership of team targets and ensure consistent achievement.




- Handle team-level issues and support executives whenever required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Previous experience in team handling or a senior sales role will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, follow-up, and team management abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
