We are looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Marketing Intern who is excited to work closely with our Marketing & Creative team and learn how ideas are developed, presented, marketed, and executed.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly under the Marketing & Creative Head and contribute to real client projects as well as Dune's own marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Research current social media, content, advertising, and marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Help brainstorm creative concepts, campaign ideas, content ideas, hooks, and reel concepts.
- Assist with developing scripts, storylines, concepts, and creative directions for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Support the Marketing & Creative Head in developing and refining marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create well-curated, visually appealing, and professional presentations and pitch decks for clients and internal use.
- Research brands, competitors, audiences, and market trends to identify opportunities for creative campaigns.
- Assist in preparing client pitches, campaign proposals, moodboards, content calendars, and creative references.
- Keep track of trending formats, sounds, content styles, campaigns, and emerging marketing opportunities.




- Help with Dune Productions' own social media and brand marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, sales, and technology teams whenever required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
- Take feedback positively and continuously improve creative and marketing work.

- Strong creativity and an eye for good content.
- Someone who naturally keeps up with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, current trends, creators, brands, and internet culture.
- Excellent research and idea-generation skills.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to turn a rough idea into a transparent, structured, and visually appealing presentation/deck.
- Good understanding of storytelling, branding, social media, and content creation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Someone who is comfortable receiving feedback, making changes, and improving their work.
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, content creation, social media, or advertising is an advantage.

Important: What This Internship Is About





This is not a conventional “digital marketing only” internship.

You will get exposure to different aspects of how a creative company operates from research and ideation to scripting, pitching, presentations, client requirements, campaigns, production, and overall marketing.

You don't need to know everything before joining. We value creativity, curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to learn.

You should be someone who can say:

"I don't know how to do this yet, but I'm willing to learn and figure it out."

Compensation & Growth

₹5,000/month

This is a performance-based internship. Interns who demonstrate strong performance, creativity, ownership, consistency, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the company may be considered for a full-time/permanent opportunity with Dune Productions.
