Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of construction projects. The candidate will coordinate between clients, architects, engineers, site teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects progress as planned.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, clients, and vendors for project-related activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with site teams regarding daily/weekly project progress.
- Coordinate drawings, approvals, material requirements, and other project documents.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with the concerned teams.
- Identify delays or issues and communicate them to the Project Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely follow-up.




- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining smooth project execution from start to completion.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ B.Arch or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/project coordination preferred.
- Experience in residential construction will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites whenever required.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and organized professional who can effectively coordinate multiple residential project activities, follow up with different teams, and support the Project Manager in ensuring timely and smooth project execution.
