Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mobilize eligible students from nearby villages, rural areas, and communities for the residential skilling project.
- Conduct field visits, community meetings, school/college visits, and awareness campaigns to generate student leads.
- Explain project benefits, training details, eligibility criteria, residential facilities, and placement opportunities to candidates and their families.
- Coordinate with students and parents to encourage enrollment and ensure candidates are willing to stay at the residential center.
- Collect candidate details, documents, and applications as per project requirements.
- Follow up with interested candidates until their admission and joining are completed.
- Maintain daily mobilization reports, candidate databases, and enrollment records.
- Achieve assigned mobilization and admission targets within the given timeline.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and project team regarding student joining and retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification:
12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in student mobilization, field marketing, community outreach, or skill development projects preferred.
- Good communication and counselling skills in Hindi and the local language.
- Knowledge of nearby villages, communities, schools, colleges, and local networks.
- Ability to convince and motivate students and parents regarding residential training.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and mobilization activities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain Excel sheets and daily reports.
Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
