About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior SEO Executive who thinks beyond keywords, tools, and technical definitions.

You don’t need to know every SEO tool or memorize every SEO term. What matters more to us is how you think, how you solve problems, how creatively you approach growth, and whether you can use AI to work smarter.

You’ll work on real websites and campaigns where the goal isn’t simply to “do SEO” , it’s to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze websites, search results, competitors, and content to understand what can be improved.
- Help develop and execute SEO strategies based on business goals.
- Work on keyword and search-intent research and turn insights into actionable ideas.
- Assist with on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, and other SEO activities.
- Identify problems affecting website performance and think through practical solutions.
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, content ideation, optimization, automation, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Experiment with different approaches instead of blindly following a checklist.
- Track performance and understand whether the work is actually producing results.
- Collaborate with content, development, design, and marketing teams when required.
- Stay updated with changes in search, AI search, and evolving digital discovery trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in SEO,



including candidates who have completed an SEO course/training or internship.
- A curious mind and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Creative approach to finding opportunities and solving SEO challenges.
- Ability to think strategically rather than simply follow instructions.
- Comfortable experimenting, testing, and learning from what works and what doesn’t.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively and willingness to explore new AI-powered workflows.
- Valuable understanding of how websites, content, search engines, and users connect — you don't need to know every technical detail.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Most importantly, a results-oriented mindset.

You don't need to:

- Memorize every SEO definition.
- Know every SEO tool inside out.
- Have years of experience.
- Simply execute a checklist without understanding the “why.”
- Pretend to know something you don't.

We care more about your thought process than your tool knowledge.

If you can look at a problem, ask the right questions, come up with an approach, use the resources available to you (including AI), test your ideas, and learn from the results, we'd like to meet you.
