Campaign Management:

1. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, SEO, PPC, social media, content) to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.

2. Oversee the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

4. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.





Account Growth and Retention:

1. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

2. Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the scope of work.

3. Proactively address potential issues to retain clients and maintain a high retention rate.

Project Coordination:

1. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring explicit communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.

3. Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Industry Knowledge and Innovation:

1. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

2. Share insights and knowledge with the team to enhance the agency’s capabilities and offerings.
