We are hiring for Accounts Executive - Freight forwarding ( UK shift timing )
Location Chennai
Salary - 3.6 Lakhs per Annum
Exp - 3 years of accounting experience in the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics sector.
* Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.
* Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and freight forwarding
operations.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure proper documents are created in CRM software.
* Review, verify, and maintain accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records.
* Under supervision of Accounts Team, coordinate with back office for timely closure of jobs.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.
* Support day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
