Roles & Responsibilities
Handle telephonic inquiries from customers
Resolve customer queries related to technical aspects, stock availability, and pricing
Understand customer requirements through detailed questioning Prepare and share quotations with customers
Perform regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders Generate new inquiries through outbound calls
Build and maintain relationships with existing and recent customers
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate information and smooth process
Process sales orders after order confirmation
Update and maintain customer and inquiry data in ERP system
Ensure timely response and high customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
