sightseeing and other travel services .Compare hotel rates acrossTBO/B2B portals and direct hotel contractsto secure competitive rates.Negotiate with hotels and transport suppliers to maintain service quality and improve margins.Coordinate visa documentation and processing requirements for clients, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.Act as theprimary point of contactfor assigned clients.Prepare vouchers, confirmations, final itineraries and other travel documentation.Coordinate with accounts, hotels and suppliers for payments and confirmations.Handle amendments, cancellations and operational issues efficiently.Maintain updated hotel/supplier rates and proper records of tour files.Candidate RequirementsDegree in Travel & Tourism / Tourism Management – Mandatory.2–4 years' experience with atravel agency, tour operator or DMCpreferred.Valuable knowledge of tour operations, hotel bookings, costing and itinerary preparation.Comfortable withExcel, TBO/B2B travel portals and online booking systems .Good written and spoken English.Strong communication, negotiation and client-servicing skills.Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS is an added advantage.Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage.Organized, commercially aware and able toindependently take ownership of assigned tour files .
