The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for statutory, compliance, and payroll-related integrations while designing and delivering high-quality Workday integration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and deployWorkday integrationsusing:Workday StudioPECI(Payroll Effective Change Interface)Core ConnectorsEIBs (Inbound/Outbound)Work closely with Payroll, HR, and Technical teams to ensureend-to-end deliveryof German payroll integrations and data flows.Ensure all payroll-relevant data is transmitted accurately topayroll providers(e.G., ADP, SD Worx, Datev, etc.).Configure and maintain country specificpayroll compliance requirements, statutory reports, and data interfaces.Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.Translate business requirements into technical specs and integration designs.SupportUAT, regression testing, and technical validation for German payroll cycles.Maintain documentation, mapping guidelines,



and integration governance for all German payroll interfaces.Partner with global and regional teams to support enhancements, recent releases, or system upgrades.Required Qualifications3–8 yearsof hands-on Workday Integration experience.Strong expertise in:PECI(Payroll Effective Change Interface)Workday StudioCore ConnectorsWorkday EIBsIn-depth knowledge ofpayroll processes, data requirements, statutory rules, and compliance needs.Experience working withthird‑party German payroll vendors .Ability to analyze and transform complex HR/Payroll data.Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Integration Certification (Studio / Core Connectors).Experience withPICOF(Payroll Interface Change Object File).Understanding ofWorkday HCMfoundational concepts (Workers, Positions, Time Tracking, Absence).Prior experience in Europe payroll transformation or multi-country payroll projects.German language familiarity (nice to have, not mandatory).Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills (HR, Payroll, IT).Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.High attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
