Job title : Business Analyst

Location : Tirupur

- Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise and Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic insights across domains like insurance, loans, and investment solutions (minimum one domain experience is a must).

Requirement Gathering and Documentation

- Engage with teams to gather and document detailed requirements for various modules.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for product initiatives and enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Solution Design and Development

- Propose scalable and innovative solutions tailored to domain-specific needs.
- Design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for financial modules.

Process Optimization and Innovation

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in insurance, loan, and investment modules.
- Recommend user experience and operational efficiency enhancements.

Testing and Validation

- Validate test plans for functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions comply with business and regulatory standards.

Reporting and Documentation

- Maintain project documentation, track issues,



and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Solid expertise in Insurance, Loans, and Investment products, including SIPs, Digi Gold, and Digi Silver. (Anyone)
- Knowledge of financial technology tools like Spend Manager and Credit Scoring.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Draw.io.
- Exceptional documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and web/mobile development trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Certifications like CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
- Proven experience across multiple domains and modules in financial services and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine module-specific requirements, including compliance and functional needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance product portfolios.
